We led the creative department and developed the brand for Feather, a cannabis brand.

In the ever-changing landscape of the cannabis industry, Feather has faced challenges in the rapid growth and increasing acceptance of cannabis. The market saturation has made it very challenging for brands to carve out a unique identity, bound by strict regulations on advertising and packaging.

These hurdles required a strategic approach that balanced creativity with compliance. Collaborating together at Feather, with Carly leading as Creative Director and Neil as Art Director, we spearheaded the development of Feather's creative vision, leading a team of designers, project managers, and social media managers. We worked closely with the brand and marketing departments to align our creative direction, resulting in awards that recognized innovative campaigns and branding strategies.

We creatively designed a wide range of materials, including advertisements, campaigns, pop-up displays, e-commerce websites, email marketing, merchandise, packaging, photoshoots, SMS marketing, alongside other various print and web materials. Our approach not only complied with regulations but also effectively resonated with Feather's target audience.

The revitalization of Feather's brand played a crucial role in differentiating our offerings in the market, leading to growth in units sold across Feather cannabis products, batteries, merchandise, and white-label hardware.
